Unibail-Rodamco has adopted the status of European Company (known under its Latin name of "Societas Europaea" or SE). The Societas Europaea legal structure has been created by the European Commission to allow companies which have a European presence to use the same legal structure in al EU member states and, as a result, to simplify their legal obligations. Unibail-Rodamco is the first company in the French CAC40 and Dutch AEX indexes to adopt this status. This transformation enables Unibail-Rodamco to assert its European identity.
Unibail-Rodamco has adopted a two-tier Board structure with a Supervisory Board and a Management Board.
The Supervisory Board has two Committees :
A Management Team composed of ten regional and centralised managers assists the Management Board in the execution of the group strategy.
